Heliguy, the UK's leading drone supplier, is delighted to announce that we have been personally invited by DJI to speak at this year's AirWorks conference in California.
As one of DJI's largest and most trusted European enterprise channel partners, Heliguy is the only UK-based DJI supplier to be presenting a talk at AirWorks and joins an esteemed list of global industry experts who will speak at the prestigious event, which is being staged at Los Angeles' renowned Westin Bonaventure Hotel later this month.
Ruairi Hardman, Business Development Manager at DJI Gold Partner Heliguy, will be presenting a talk entitled Global Cooperation: The Key Driver to Mainstreaming Industrial UAS Technologies.
He will be joined by Patrick Rickerby, Technical Director, at Terra Drone Corporation - one of the biggest drone service providers in the world and a long-standing Heliguy client.
The speech will introduce the formula to a successful drone programme, demonstrated through user successes from some of the world's leading industry and governmental organisations, including Terra Drone.
Through the presentation, Mr Hardman will focus on the benefits of global collaboration in the drone industry to provide solutions which transform business outcomes.
Mr Hardman's speech will take place in the San Gabriel Room, on day two of the event (Wednesday, September 25), from 11.45am to 12.30pm.
'An Honour' To Speak At AirWorks 2019
The annual AirWorks conference is one of the stand-out and most eagerly anticipated events in the global drone calendar.
With this in mind, Mr Hardman is delighted to have secured a speaking spot at the event.
He said: "It is an honour and a privilege to be invited to speak at AirWorks 2019, alongside an esteemed list of speakers, which includes DJI, Microsoft, FLIR Systems and some of America's leading emergency services.
"We are incredibly proud to co-present with the global Terra Drone Corporation - a long-standing Heliguy client - and we are looking forward to sharing our knowledge and collaborating with other key players in the industry.
"AirWorks 2019 also presents a fantastic opportunity for us to meet our esteemed partners, including DJI, 3DR, SlantRange and Pix4D, among many others."
Mr Hardman's AirWorks presentation follows a hugely successful speech he gave to industry experts from across the continent at a major DJI conference in Germany in June.
Held in Frankfurt, we were the only UK company to give a presentation and the talk set out our strategy for helping businesses launch and scale their commercial drone programmes with DJI technology. Mr Hardman also focused on the support we provide to a cross-section of top-level enterprise clients, from the UK's leading emergency services to major firms such as Balfour Beatty.
The event was a unique opportunity for us to showcase our work in nurturing the European enterprise drone market and we were honoured with a Top 10 Partner of the Year (Europe) award from DJI Enterprise.
The accolade was a testament to our industry-leading approach to servicing the enterprise drone market utilising a range of DJI equipment, from top-of-the-range drones, to high-class sensors and ancillaries.
It also recognised our unique model, which not only includes supply - including drone rental - but also aftercare, training and research and development opportunities.
